Property Information: Help
Welcome to the Property Information System Help page. You will notice the
pages have changed throughout this system. The changes were necessary to meet current web and
Americans with Disabilities Act standards. If you encounter any problems
viewing or accessing any page throughout this system, please contact the Help

Using the Search Features
The search features are listed in the menus to the left of this page. You can
search for either parcel tax information or records by these features.
This same information can also be accessed using the new
Flash-based Property
Information System.
When using the search pages there will be times when the results will show up on
the same page inside a table or grid just below the search form. Most of
the time results will appear on a new page.
Why Can't I Search by Name?
Name searches are not available to the general public due to a policy set by the
Board of Missoula County Commissioners to protect property owners in Missoula
County.
Subscription Service
If you are a business or corporation that relies on property tax information, you
can contact our office to obtain a Use Policy, Agreement, and application to
fill out and submit. This agreement allows businesses or certain individuals to
conduct name searches on this system for an annual subscription fee.
Contact us by email and request an information/application packet.
New Map Requires Adobe Flash version 10
The new map system requires the latest version of
Adobe Flash which is version 10.
If you visit the Adobe site to download the plugin, be sure to uncheck any boxes
for additional pieces of software you may not wish to have installed.
