| Approach Permit | Applications should be submitted to the Public Works Department. Ensure that all plans/sketches are submitted with the application. There is a filing fee of $52.00 due at the time of application |
| Excavation Application | Applications must be submitted to the Department of Public Works. Utility companies may contact the Department to make arrangements for application. There is a filing fee of $90.00 due at the time of application. (Note: There is a $5.00 per square foot penalty assessed to excavations cutting into asphalt which is less than 2 years old.) |
| Address Assignment | Applications may be faxed, mailed or hand carried to the County Department of Public Works. Ensure that a plot plan is attached. |
| Private Road Register | A Private Road Register is a request for assignment of a road name to a private road. The request should be completed in full and the original must be submitted to the Missoula County Department of Public Works. |
