On October 20, 2011, the Bonner-Milltown Community Council reviewed a draft letter to be sent from the Council to DEQ Director Richard Opper. The letter requests that the disposal of PCB waste at the Stimson mill not be expanded from 1 acres to 6 acres and that it instead be hauled to the Allied landfill.
