State v. Thomas Eugene Tucker
8/31/05 - Defendant found guilty by jury of 30 counts of Sexual Abuse of Children. Sentencing is continued to March 2, 2006.
3/2/06 - Judge sentences Defendant to 10 years in the Montana State Prison on Counts 2,3,5,7-14 and 16-34 and imposes a $10,000 fine. Counts 2,3 & 5 run consecutively to each other. Counts 7-14 are suspended and run concurrently with each other but consecutively to Counts 2, 3 & 5. Counts 16-34 are suspended and run concurrently with each other but consecutively to Counts 7-14. The court further designates the Defendant a Level 3 Sex Offender and orders that he will not be eligible for parole until he completes Phase I of the sex offender treatment program at the Montana State Prison. The net sentence is 50 years in the Montana State Prison with 20 years suspended.

7/25/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 10 years in the Montana State Prison on each of four counts of Theft, a Felony, and 6 months in the Missoula County Jail on two Misdemeanor counts of Theft and Official Misconduct. The sentences on three of the felony counts and both of the misdemeanor counts run concurrently with each other but consecutively with the sentence on the first count of Theft, a Felony. The net sentence is 20 years in the Montana State Prison with 10 years suspended.
