State v Cody Lee Brester: - Defendant is charged with Aggravated Assault. The alleged victim is 3 years old.

State v. Thomas Eugene Tucker: 8/31/05 - Defendant found guilty by jury of 30 counts of Sexual Abuse of Children. Sentencing is continued to March 2, 2006.; 3/2/06 - Judge sentences Defendant to 10 years in the Montana State Prison on Counts 2,3,5,7-14 and 16-34 and imposes a $10,000 fine. Counts 2,3 & 5 run consecutively to each other. Counts 7-14 are suspended and run concurrently with each other but consecutively to Counts 2, 3 & 5. Counts 16-34 are suspended and run concurrently with each other but consecutively to Counts 7-14. The court further designates the Defendant a Level 3 Sex Offender and orders that he will not be eligible for parole until he completes Phase I of the sex offender treatment program at the Montana State Prison. The net sentence is 50 years in the Montana State Prison with 20 years suspended.
State v. William John Matt: - Deliberate Homicide; 4/11/05 - Jury finds Defendant guilty of Deliberate Homicide. Sentencing has been continued to 11/2/05; 11/2/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 100 years in the Montana State Prison without eligibility for parole.
State v. Kevin Old Horn: 9/28/05- Defendant pleads guilty to Deliberate Homicide. Sentencing is continued to December 14, 2005.; 12/14/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 50 years in the Montana State Prison with 20 years suspended. Court requires Defendant to serve 10 years in prison before being eligible for parole.
State v. Laura Lynn Hackney: 9/26/05 - Defendant pleads guilty to Amended Information charging the offense of Negligent Homicide. Sentencing is set for November 1, 2005.; 11/1/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections for a period of 15 years with 10 years suspended.
State v. Jon James Johnson: 9/19/05 - Defendant pleads guilty to Amended Information charging the offense of Negligent Homicide. Sentencing is set for October 25, 2005.; 10/25/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 10 years in Montana State Prison with 9 years suspended.
State v. John P. Seymour: - Theft, a Felony (4 Counts); - Theft, a Misdemeanor; - Official Misconduct; 5/16/05 - Defendant enters guilty pleas to above listed charges.; 7/25/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 10 years in the Montana State Prison on each of four counts of Theft, a Felony, and 6 months in the Missoula County Jail on two Misdemeanor counts of Theft and Official Misconduct. The sentences on three of the felony counts and both of the misdemeanor counts run concurrently with each other but consecutively with the sentence on the first count of Theft, a Felony. The net sentence is 20 years in the Montana State Prison with 10 years suspended.
State v. Brock Norling: - Sexual Intercourse Without Consent, Aggravated Kidnapping and Assault With A Weapon; 4/26/05 - Judge sentences Defendant to 70 years in the Montana State Prison with 10 years suspended. Court requires Defendant to serve 10 years in prison before being eligible for parole.
State v. Andrew Greybull: - Deliberate Homicide; 12/2/04 - Defendant enters guilty plea to offense of Deliberate Homicide. Sentencing is set for 1/12/05.; 1/12/05 - Defendant sentenced to 50 years in the Montana State Prison with 20 years suspended. Court requires Defendant to serve 10 years in prison before being eligible for parole.
State v. Nigel Ernst: - Attempted Deliberate Homicide; 11/5/04 - Defendant found not guilty after jury trial.
State v. Samuel Yates: - Deliberate Homicide; 7/30/04 - Defendant found guilty after jury trial. Court raises Defendant's bail to $100,000.; 10/29/04 - Defendant sentenced to 40 years in the Montana State Prison with 20 years suspended.
