Clerk of District Court - Court Fines and Fees
If you are ordered to pay Court fines and/or fees through the Clerk of District Court office, you may make your payment in person, by mail or by fax. We are located at 200 West Broadway on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. We accept cash, money order, cashier’s check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

To expedite your payment, please remember to write your case number on your money order or cashier’s check. If you would like a receipt, you will need to provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you may do so in person or fax your authorization to our office at (406) 258-4899. A new authorization must be submitted each month. For your convenience, you may use the Credit Card Authorization Form available on this website.
