Clerk of District Court - Local Rules and Forms
The Fourth Judicial District periodically updates its Local Rules. Those updates are reflected here. For efficiency and cost savings, the rules are published online. If you wish a hard copy and are unable to print the rules, the Clerk of Court will print a copy for a nominal fee.
Please be aware of possible application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (significantly rewriting the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940).
