Precinct & Polling Place Consolidation

After listening to additional
public comment and the revised staff report from Clerk & Recorder Vickie
Zeier, the Missoula County Commissioners adopted the secondary proposal
to consolidate precincts and polling places. On
The move to consolidate precincts and reduce the
number polling places stems from the County’s difficulty in recruiting
and retaining qualified election judges. If you’re interested in
becoming an election judge, you can find more information
here.
Every voter whose precinct number changed will
receive a new voter registration card in the mail in March. The card
will include the polling location for the new precinct.
