The City of Missoula's Consolidated Plan describes current economic conditions in Missoula, explains the City's objectives and goals in housing, economic development, public facilities and public service, and discusses actions in those areas that have taken place and are planned during a five year period.

Analysis of Impediments to Affordable Housing Choice
