Active Living - At Home

 At Home: Non-work and Non-School Time

Adults 18 and older need 30 minutes of physical activity on five or more days a week to be healthy; children and teens need 60 minutes of activity a day for their health. We call this your Daily Dose.

As little as 10 minutes of physical activity here and there fits easily into your day and adds up nicely!
