- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  Wednesday - 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Adult vaccine is $65. If you meet income requirements, vaccine is $14.13. Income requirements and examples of proof of income that you must bring can be found here.
Insurance often covers this vaccination. Check with your insurance company and bring insurance card with you.
No child is denied vaccination due to an inability to pay.
