Missoula County Initiative No. MCSO2006-02 Community Oversight Committee

The Community Oversight Committee is responsible for evaluating implementation of Initiative #2 (pdf), sometimes referred to as Missoula's "marijuana initiative". The initiative passed in 2006 and recommends that adult marijuana crimes be the lowest possible priority for law enforcement.
