The Commissioners Weekly Public Meetings convene every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Room 201 of the Courthouse Annex. (However, if a quorum is unavailable on a particular Wednesday, the meeting will be cancelled). All meetings are open to the public.
Minutes from each Wednesday meeting will be prepared as quickly as possible following the meeting and a link will appear below when they are available. If the link is not available, then the minutes have not been completed. Please check back in a few days. If you need minutes from years prior to 2004, they are on file with the Clerk and Recorder's Office.
