Missoula County Sheriff - Forms

Concealed Weapons

Our office has provided to Missoula County residents, an electronic version of our Concealed Weapons Permit Application for your convenience. Although you can fill out the form online and then print the form on your printer, you must NOT sign the form until you visit our office. The Permit Application is available in either Microsoft Word or Adobe's Portable Document Format or PDF. The hyperlinks below will open the documents up in a new window. Use the Back arrow when you are done viewing the document to return to this page.

There are two packets that contain all the forms and information you need to apply for the Concealed Weapons Permit.  The first packet (Packet A) contains a non-fillable application that requires you to print out first, then fill in manually.  The second packet (Packet B) contains a fillable PDF document, which means you can enter the information using your computer.  Once you manually enter or type in the information, you can print out the application.

**Do not sign the application until you are in the presence of the Sheriff or a designee.**
