Missoula County Public Works will be collecting sand and sandbags from the staging area on Tower Road July 28th. Please make sure to empty sand into one pile and empty sandbags into a separate pile. Republic Services aka Allied Waste will be collecting the used sandbags. Please only place sandbags in this area no household items.
Economic Injury Forms for Businesses and Individuals Affected by Flooding in Missoula County
The following forms are provided in .PDF (Portable Document Format). The files require the Adobe Reader plugin. If you have any difficulty accessing or viewing any of the forms provided here, please contact us immediately by calling the Information Systems Help Desk at 406-258-4727. The information you provide will assist the County and the State in seeking federal assistance. The deadline for submitting forms has not been set but the State is asking that collect these as quickly as possible.
Forms can be submitted to Rural Fire and Sheriff's Office personnel working in the affected areas. You can also drop your completed form off at the Information Desk in the Missoula County Courthouse on the 1st floor of the Annex.

Disaster Economic Injury Worksheet for Businesses (PDF)
This form is not required, but is a convenience in clarifying the supporting documentation the State is required to submit to the U.S. Small Business Administration when requesting an Economic Injury Disaster Loan Declaration. This information in any other format would also be acceptable. For your convenience, this form may be filled out electronically or manually, but a hard copy must be submitted. - Estimated

Property Tax Relief Information
Governor Brian Schweitzer has declared a statewide emergency as many parts of Montana are besieged with flooding. If you have experienced property loss or damage because of this current flooding disaster, you may be eligible for property tax relief. The Montana Department of Revenue can to assist you with the process.

The video should play just fine in your Windows Media Player or another video player that recognizes .avi file types. However, you may have to copy the video to your local hard drive in order to watch it correctly. Again, the file is over 639MB (Mega Bytes) in size. You can delete the file from your system when you are finished viewing the video.
