County Subdivision Exemptions

County Subdivision Exemption Review

To submit a request for a subdivision exemption, you need to fill out a Subdivision Exemption Affidavit Form (revised 5/11/12) and submit it to the Office of Planning and Grants with the requested attachments.  Instructions for filling out the form can be accessed by clicking here.  If you have any questions, you can either email opg@co.missoula.mt.us or call 406-258-4642.
