To submit a request for a subdivision exemption, you need to fill out a Subdivision Exemption Affidavit Form and submit it to the Office of Planning and Grants with the requested attachments. These exemption requests have only completed the review process to determine they are compliant with zoning (where zoning is in place) and are not an attempt to evade subdivision review. The proposals may still be in the process of meeting required surveying and/or sanitation approval prior to filing at the Clerk and Recorder's Office.
