County Board of Adjustment to hold public hearing on July 20, 2011
to hear:
1) A request to appeal an administrative decision on property
located at 9305 Springfield Close
(Withdrawn), and
2) A request for a Special Exception to permit a two-family
dwelling at 3747 North Ave W.

County Board of Adjustment
will hold a public hearing on May 18,
2011 to hear a request to permit the Deer Creek Shooting Center's
existing development and signage and proposed expansion.

County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 20,
2011 on the following items:
1. A request by Teen Challenge International for a Public
Quasi-Public Use (a Special Exception in zoning) at 3815 S 7th St W;
and
2. A request by Knife River for a variance for hours of
operations in the JTL Special District located at 4800 Wilkie
Street.

County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing March 16,
2011 on a variance request from the sign code for the Town Pump
located at the Wye.

County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on January 19,
2011 to hear a request for variances from three parts of the sign
code for a Town Pump Fueling Station located northwest of the
Highway 93/I-90 intersection.
