Permits still needed for building in Missoula area - Even though there have been changes in the requirements for building permits outside the city limits, permits are still required from County sources.

City Sign Permit Fees (as of January 1, 2008)
Sign Permit Application (pdf format) - this application allows applicants to submit a request for a city sign permit prior to issuance. Either bring a filled out application to the Office of Planning and Grants, mail it to 435 Ryman, Missoula MT 59802, or email it to OPG@co.missoula.mt.us. A fee is required prior to issuance of a permit. See the permit fees above.

Home Occupation Form - required for any home based business along with a business license. (City) (County)
Project Intake Form - when beginning any project, this form must be filled out and submitted to the Information Desk at the Office of Planning and Grants.
