Zoning compliance has been determined for building permit applications as indicated in the links below. These zoning compliance permits (ZCPs) are posted weekly and include a brief description of the work being done. Issuance of a ZCP is a necessary step in the building permit application process; the ZCPs listed below may or may not be associated with building permit applications that have been finally approved by the Public Works Department. To view building permits that have been approved for zoning compliance by the Office of Planning and Grants (but not necessarily issued), click on the month and then the week you are interested in viewing.
