County Community-Based Organization (CBO) Programs (Updated 04/01/11)
Low to moderate income households may receive a variety of public services such as emergency food, childcare, health services, and youth and family services. These types of services plus projects that have a particular urgency are funded by Missoula County through the CBO program administered by Grants Division staff. Staff administer County funding on behalf of local agencies and coordinate activities with other agencies to establish a common understanding of basic needs assistance and to connect at-risk citizens with available services.
Quarterly Reporting for Community-Based Organizations (CBO)
Missoula County congratulates each CBO recently awarded funding in Fiscal Year 2012.
The Missoula Board of County Commissioners adopted the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget which includes funding to governmental or health and human service non-profit organizations that provide basic/critical needs assistance to at-risk populations in the Missoula area.
As in past years, payments to CBOs will be made based on submittal of quarterly financial and program narrative reports. Quarterly reports should incorporate the outcome measures outlined in your application and clearly and concisely address how County funding is used to further the goals stated in your application.

Quarterly reports are due on the 20th day of the month after the end of each quarter (October 20, 2011, January 20, 2012, April 20, 2012, and July 20, 2012) and may be mailed to your Grants Administrator at this address:
