Telephone Directory
- To retrieve a copy of the County Telephone Directory you have to have the Missoula County Novell Software on your County computer
- Click on Phone Software then double click on the Telephone Directory icon
- Click on the box: Print Phone Directory Report
- If you don’t have access to the County Novell Software you can come into the County Information Desk/Telephone Services Department and pick up a copy of the Telephone Directory
Trouble Ticket System
- To access the Trouble Ticket System you have to have the Missoula County Novell software (on your County computer). Another way to access the Trouble Ticket System would be to go through the Missoula County terminal server and look up Novell Software
- Click on Standard Software then double click on the icon for the Trouble Ticket System
- Log into the System like you would log on to your County computer every morning with your name and County password.
- If you don’t have access to the Missoula County Novell Software call Information Services Help Desk, extension 4727.
- Keep in mind, Telephone Services has up to a two week window period to complete your trouble ticket unless it is an emergency (For example, if your phone line is dead.) If you have any questions about submitting a trouble ticket, please call extension 3292.
VX Tracker
- You have to be a designated person to be able to log on to the VX Tracker System – if you need access please call Telephone Services at ext. 3292 (Teresa Emery, Telephone Services Supervisor, must okay access or call extension 3729.)
- VX Tracker can allow you to view: your departments call records (in/out), fixed cost/long distance tracking, automatically delivered via email and saving report/print in excel to view at a later date.
