Comprehensive Medical Care
Partnership Health Center's Medical Clinic offers physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, immunizations, and follow-up care.
The Medical clinic is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday; 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday. On Tuesdays, the building does not open until 9:00 AM.
In addition to our regular appointments, Partnership Health Center also has a number of Same Day Appointments available. If you need urgent care, call at 8:00 AM and there is a good chance we can see you the same day.

Women's Health
Breast and cervical health services, including mammograms, pap and pelvic examinations, clinical breast exams and self care education. Qualifying women may be able to receive additional assistance through The Montana Breast and Cervical Health Program.
Well Child Care
Exams, immunizations, and screening for developmental concerns.
Immunizations
Partnership Health Center offers immunizations for school children and adults, as well as seasonal flu shots.
Chronic Disease Management
Care for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, and other chronic illnesses. As a participant in the National Diabetes Collaborative, Partnership Health Center practitioners are armed with the best and latest information in diabetes management, and are well qualified to provide chronic disease management for a wide array of illnesses.
Mental Health Services
Counseling and referral services available through the Access to Therapy Program.
