How to Schedule an Appointment

The Department of Transportation recently changed the requirements for the DOT physicals. Our provider Lynne Rogers, FNP has gone through their Certification and can provide the DOT physicals under the new standard. She practices weekly at both our Missoula clinic and at our Seeley Lake Clinic. You will need to be an established patient in Primary Care with any of our 33 practicing Medical Providers before seeing Lynne Rogers, FNP for your physical. If interested please call 258-4789 (Missoula) or 677-2277 (Seeley Lake) to schedule an appointment.

What does it cost?

$250 at the time of the physical, or payable before your appointment. If you have an employer or insurance company that will cover it, we will issue you a receipt that you may submit for reimbursement.

Why does it cost so much?

The DOT has increased the detail required for the provider to complete the physical. This fee also covers your lab charges required for the completion of the physical.
