Certificate of Survey Search by COS Number

There is a lag time between when a Certificate is filed with the Clerk and Recorder and when it is reported by this system. The scanning process takes place as time allows which could be as much as two weeks after its filing. Due to this, a filed survey may not have an image linked. Should you encounter this situation please try back later.
