For the May 4, 2010 Election, forms are due to the Elections Office by 5 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2010. Please contact Debbe Merseal in the Elections Office with any questions at 258-4911.

Oath of Candidacy and Special District Candidate Petition for
Nomination -
Must be signed by five registered voters within the district. It is a good idea for candidates to obtain more than the required five signatures in case there is a problem with any of the signatures. Must be completed and signed before a notary. -
