Planning Board Action 9/29/09*
On 9/29/09, based on suggestions from a Planning Board member, the Board voted to recommend consolidating the land use designations as shown in this document. The consolidated designations suggest a range of densities that would be evaluated based on criteria described in the document. A Board member also presented maps showing this consolidation. These materials can be viewed here (very large file size).
* Some of the above action was rescinded at the October 20, 2009 Planning Board Hearing.
On October 20th, Planning Board rescinded the recommendation to consolidate the land use designations. It retained the recommendation to include evaluation criteria where a land use designation suggestions a range of densities.
