Seeley Lake Regional Plan - Land Use Committee Revisions (Rural Lands Committee)
After April 9, 2007 the Council established two subcommittees. One subcommittee worked on the issues surrounding resource protection lands in the Plan Area and Plum Creek Real Estate Investment Trust’s major ownership in those lands. It is called the Land Use Committee or Rural Lands Committee. The other subcommittee, the Downtown Committee, worked to refine the higher-density residential and commercial designations for the area around downtown Seeley Lake.
