Transportation - Franklin to the Fort
Neighbors in the Franklin to the Fort area worked with staff at the Office of Planning and Grants for several months to come up with the necessary time and resources to develop an infrastructure plan. This plan is intended as an aid to business owners and residents to decide on desirable changes and additions to the systems of streets, sidewalks, trails, parks and hydrants that link the neighborhood.
